I decided to do a more dramatic look to compliment the extreme lenses. Also used this as an opportunity to try out the new wig I recently got in the mail ho ho~

These are definitely cosplay-oriented lenses. I would highly recommend NOT to wear these out on the streets, unless your goal is to freak out passersby. They will suit extreme cosplay makeup very well. I think on dark or light-colored eyes, they will show up true to color. Incredibly opaque lenses, for sure! They cover the natural eye very well, to the point where I couldn't see perfectly when I first put them on lol. So  on to comfort, when I first put them on, they were EXTREMELY irritating! I'm not sure why, but after removing, rinsing, and putting them back in, I waited a bit for them to adjust until they were perfectly comfortable. At 14.2 mm, they aren't very enlarging, which is a perfect balance due to the already extreme design and color that will make your eyes stand out like no other.

Also got my new Hello Kitty inspired glasses in the mail! The lenses look oddly cute with these glasses o.o

They definitely look less extreme from a distance, but your eyes still grab attention

Incredibly opaque and dramatic with very minimal enlargement that doesn't take away from the impact these lenses portray. If you're in need of a special cosplay lens, I highly recommend looking into this series.

Boyfriend took me out to dinner for our anniversary on the 12th! ♥ Finally tried out P.F. Chang's and got the Four-Course meal for 2 special. 

started off with Hot & Sour Soup and Egg Drop Soup~ hot & sour wasn't that great, but the egg soup was NOM. 

.....thweat and thour thoup. HAHA we couldn't stop saying that~ if you watch King of Queens you know what I'm talking about and you're cracking up with me. x3

Salt and Pepper Calamari~ it was ookay, very different from other calamari I've tried, but interesting.

Ordered Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Shrimp, but they accidentally gave us Kung Pao Chicken, so we scored an extra entree for free! Service here is so excellent, where most places will take the dish back they told us to keep it and apologized for the mix up!

Got the two mini desserts: Tres Leche Lemon Dream and Tiramisu. Both were super delicious! And adorable. Totally coming back here again

Three of us went out for lunch at Fishwife, Seaside~ yummy clam chowder and garlic bread we shared

Boyfriend's Prawns Cleopatra. Directly from the menu, "sauteed with shallots, garlic, white wine lemon juice and capers finished with fresh cream, salsa fresca and fresh parsley" yum!

Mine was the Rock Cod, with sauteed spinach, tomatoes, mushroom rice, and shiitake sauce. SO good... very similar to the risotto special at The Fish Hopper on Fishermen's Warf that I LOVE!

Our hotel room at The Pacific Grove Inn! Super cozy and adorable I think, but the bf kept bumping his head on the low ceiling lol

Booked our room through a Living Social deal, so it came with a bottle of wine that we couldn't get open and took home with us haha

Went to a restaurant called Tarpy's Roadhouse since our friend gifted my bf a giftcard for his birthday. All the tables were covered with white paper and crayons so my boyfriend was doodling loll

Appetizer: Cajun Spiced Prawns with whipped garlic potatoes. Suuuper yum, but we didn't taste any spice at all

Pork Tenderloin~ we wanted the local's special of the Wood Grilled Sirloin Steak but they ran out of sirloin but prepared it the same way. The tiger shrimp was much yummier!

We actually ate a bunch of cheese and crackers at the hotel earlier so we barely touched our entrees @__@

Breakfast!! Alongside the delicious continental breakfast at the inn, they have a chef that prepares a different dish each morning. Today was a refried bean and scrambled egg burrito with fresh salsa, really really good!

After leaving the inn we headed for Lover's Point Beach in Pacific Grove. This place is full of squirrels that are really people-friendly. We came here once before for a picnic with friends a few years ago and one of them actually crawled up my leg LOL

If you're ever at Fishermen's Warf in Monterey, GO STRAIGHT TO "THE OLD FISHERMEN'S GROTTO"!!! They have THE BEST clam chowder! We make sure to stock up on their canned chowder too whenever we visit haha! The bread is kind of low quality we realized, so we'll be forking over an extra $6 and getting a large cup next time!
